The Building Energy Connection (BEC) program is an innovative offering for commercial customers within Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. PG&E customers are eligible for a free comprehensive energy audit of their facility. Following the assessment, BEC staff is available as a single point of contact to access a wide variety of free services designed to save you money on your utility bill.
